Community Involvement

Lynnville Elementary Community Involvement

Lynnville Elementary School has close ties with our community. Our school is a host site for community fundraisers and community festivals.

The Lynnville Lions Club sponsors our end-of-year Awards Day program. Additionally, each November, students, faculty, and staff present a memorable Veterans Day Program, which many community Veterans and community members attend. During the holidays, many students from our school also participate in the annual Lynnville Community Holiday Parade, and Student Council members make treat baskets to share with shut-ins and nursing home residents.

Our playground has a wonderful array of equipment for children and is used often as a community playground. We partner with corporations in our area such as ALCOA, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana (TMMI) and Lowe's; service providers such as St. Mary's and the Warrick County Health Department; and community organizations such as Lions Club International, the Tecumseh Arrows, and the Lynnville Volunteer Fire Department. The companies and organizations support Lynnville Elementary programming through monetary grants or through services-in-kind provided to our students here at school.
